So should I go straight back to maintenance calories or step it up each week until I hit maintenance and then increase slowly from there?
I will have to add 1000 calories extra to hit maintenance.
Been on cycle for the past 8 weeks and decided to cut at the start before lean bullking.
Should I reverse diet back to maintenance then start eating in a surplus, or is it ok to go from a calorie deficit straight to maintenance?

I have been reading that eating a high carb low fat diet when using tren can help with fat loss and lean mass gains.
I'd be interested to hear from any of you guys that had tried a high carb, low fat diet while on tren and, what were the results??
I've just added 40 mins of cardio postworkout since I cant get to the gym first thing in the morning. Would this be okay instead of cardio first thing?

I was wanting to run a 5 week PCT since tren shuts you down pretty hard and I feel that the extra week would give me the best possible chance of recovering. The final week of PCT will be a low dose of clomid and nolvadex.
I'm going too add in the anavar since I've already got it and see how it goes.

My Maintenance is between 3000-3200 calories. I've adjusted my macros and calories slightly this week to see if I notice a difference. Macros now are 300g protein, 130g carbs, 65g fat. Calories are at 2350.
Any more comments? There all appreciated!
