    Your elbows should be moving up with the weight. Otherwise the bend will cause them to hurt.

    I suppose I could until my gains stop, but I have a feeling that point is very near lol. I'm pushing closer and closer to my max for a double (which I won't be able to do). Just wondering where I might be able to take this when I can't make my reps?

    I've been working with a 4,4,2,2 rep scheme for deadlifts for the past 8 weeks, adding 10 lbs per set. I have never had a deadlift plateau since I began them almost a year ago, so I do not feel it is necessary to DL off of plates or do rack pulls just yet. Any suggestions for a routine...

    No shame in losing. My gym is about to have a bench press competition and I KNOW I'll get my ass handed to me. I'm doing it for the sake of competition rather than to impress people. If I don't have the balls to lift at a rec, how could I do it at a real PL meet?

    Without being an expert or seeing your feet, it looks as if you are leaning too far forward. You should be pushing from your heels rather than your toes. Let your butt lead you back and put the force on your heels, not the front of your feet. I just had my form checked and I had that issue...

    I usually let my body arch almost into a U shape at the bottom of my SLDL. You're saying this hits lower back good? So to hit the hamstrings I need to slightly bend my knees, but what about my back? Keep it completely straight, limiting ROM, or let it arch?

    I am having trouble getting my lats and chest to grow and strength to go up.

    What do you recommend besides doing flat, incline or decline presses to supplement chest workouts? I usually rotate dips and flyes. Anything more optimal?
