That's true, but the 5ar enzyme is used by tren to reduce down to DHN which has very low activity in the scalp, if the 5ar blocked then the hairloss is greatly accellerated isn't it? Test = DHT Tren = DHN (But if you block to reduction then the hair loss increases)
