There's no magic workout, I imagine that's what you'll be told!
As you probably know your diet is what will make you hit or miss your ideal goals. Hate to give you a blank answer but you know... Try them both, you'll know what works "best" while you're seeing and feeling the results.
This was a gem a stumbled upon, really has a lot of foods that you don't think would be there...but they are. Especially for the odd times I had to order "healthy" foods from a fast food for example. Really shocked me how extensive their list is.
Thanks for the input! The meat I use tends to be chicken or lean ground beef, and I do try and stick to 2 salads a day. Also just stocked up on some asperagus ;)
I definitely try to keep the shakes limited. Cottage cheese is often used instead of Casein at night. I love jerky so I might give that a shot ;)
As for macros I can post that up a little later, off to bed for now. Gotta get that 7-8 hours ;)
