Yes I started with squats. That when I get most of the pain. No on the d-bol. But I am on tren and I know some times tren can give massize pumps too. As for stretching I do normally do only 5-10 mins but I had this problem last leg work out so I thought I might try to stretch a little more...

I have had a lower back injury like 5 yrs ago playing football.
I know my hams are reall tight too. I have to stretch all the time.

I was trying to do heavy legs today and just could not. My lower back was giving out. It was like I had massive pumps but it hurt at the same time. It was kinda in my hips too. It hindered my work out I was so pissed.
I did a warm up on the bike. Than did stretching for like 15 mins, even broke...
