    i think steroids are great for sports... personally i would rather see mark, sammy and barry hit 60 homeruns in a season rather than 30. sports are for entertainment, therefore if steroids are necessary to improve gameplay than let it fly. i would rather watch big ass guys tackling each other...

    the best thing for cutting is diet you cant really formulate a routine to cut you up stick with low reps if you were doing well with that and focus 100% on your diet .... remember diet is 80% of the game get proper rest and train hard and youll see results

    depends on what you want... do you want to be strong? cause your roomates 300 bench is not impressive for weighing in at 195lbs... im 150 and i can hit 300 for 2 (3 if its a good day) i personally would rather be strong than look strong, but there are alot of bb'ers on here who look good and can...

    Terrible lower back pain.

    i have landscaped(pavers) and done masonry for 7 years now... i started at 15 and my back got fucked up whn i was like 18 my chiropracter and doctor told me to not lift my back and it should be fine well it got worse in 3 weeks so i did deads (but real light) and over time my back is better...
