I use it all the time, I used to have really bad gas too, on the leg press forget about it, i would drop protein bombs all day long.
I found since i've taken it my gas has gone down considerably, I know its supposed to help with protein absorbtion but i cant really testify to that.

If you've just been training for 3 months, your body probably isnt running at its full potential at the moment. No use rushing these things, you're ligaments will thank you later.
I agree at least give it a year, make as much gains as you can naturally.
anything for BP? I think i'm gonna buy one of those BP monitors everyone is so found of.
Terminator, what would you recomend, just a test / eq cycle at lower doseage?
I was told that the lower dasages might not be the wisest since I'm fairly big already.
