Have obtained everything necessary for my first ever 12 week Test E cycle.
I will be competing (first time unnaturally) in men 's physique/muscle model categories.
I will be doing two shows back to back (2 weeks inbetween).
Contest diet training etc. are all set.

So I'm confused then should I time it so my cycle comes to an end during competition and start pct afterwards? Or should I just run it right through contest prep (while cutting) and take advantage of the post-show rebound with a few weeks of test still.
OR should I just start it earlier and...
Yeah that's what most of the research has said in terms of pct. If I bumped my cycle back one month so pct was finished before my contest cut would that work?
Otherwise I foresee that I may hold extra water etc. come contest day. And by doing so, I would essentially be using the test to cut...

Perfect thanks a lot, daily Exemestane then would be more effective overall. When you say don't front load second week of Nolva I assume you mean run it 40/20/20/20 am I correct in understanding that?
I think I should see some really good results knowing where I'm at condition and diet wise...
