Well, it depends on the lift.
Squats; if you don't add 50 lbs., you're doing something wrong.
Bench; very possible.
Barbell curls; negative.
Catch my drift? Just train hard, diet harder, and enjoy the ride!

Guys usually use dbol, tbol, or a short ester as a kick or front load.
I would recommend going with standard protocol for a first cycle (400-600mg).
Not sure how beneficial increasing the dosage of a long ester would be.
Hopefully a few vets will drop in for you bro.
I would say to up your dose to 400-500 mg before trying a new compound. Never know how you'll react to the higher dose. In my opinion, you want to eliminate as many variables as possible.
