I had 30% bf now 20 also went from 235 to 180 and not that long ago i started cutting again at 185 and maintained weight and and dropped 4% bf if i keep at it ill be there very quickly
Im losing 3 to 5 ibs a week so far so ill get there in less than 2months. Im not starting cycle till i get at least 10bf my diet is perfect 2cups brown rice and 4tbsp peanut butter. Anyways hows the cycle looking???
Are u gonna be bulking or cutting through cycle?? Id run test e 500 mg without adex and id bulk slowly if i were u id aim for like 3k plus calories and check weight and bf, if weight goes up while bf is either being maintained or lowering id stay there if weight is not going up then up calories...
Body acne or face? And do u wash ur face hows ur water intake for my acne i find fish oil a clean diet and a lot of water to help control acne and wash my face twice a day. A lot of people tend not to shower after workout or they where their sweaty clothe around which breaks them out
