Today was back day. Here are the exercises I did:

(2) reverse lat pulldowns, 3 working sets;
(3) rows, one arm 45 degree angle, 3 working sets;
(4) rows, bent over rows w/Hex Bar (I love the Hex Bar, aka Trap Bar), 4 working sets;
(5) rows, T-Bar rows...
