Sorry that was I typo im in the gym 5 to 6 days a week. And no not by any means am I afraid of needles.and yes on the reseach iv been researching for a bout 3 weeks now but im learning new things every day
I am 6'4" and 168 and cant get any bigger and want to know what would be the best cycle to start on and keep most of my gains when I come off of them. I would like to be about 210 or 200's I work out on tue regular
