    its almost definitely your RC, its not uncommon for these mm to refer down the delts and even into the arm. It's ok to keep training , but avoid the stuff that flairs it up, like heavy pressing.     go see a doc and get some anti inflams and then just rest it for a bit. go see a physio and get it cheked out. Most chiros are quacks, so be careful who you go and see if you decide to go down that path

    its pretty commmon to get stiff around T4 which will often radiate out towards the scap and even down the arm sometimes. trying doing some stretches to help mobilise the area( flexion and extension of the T spine) or go see a Physio. heat packs and massage might help

    good post NXG, you can't specifcally target the inner pecs. experimenting with the bar position or incline, can assist with training the upper pecs ( or recruiting pec minor) though
