i agree that the post cycle therapy (pct) posted above is standard......... what did your cycle look like bro? if it was a heavy one, things might need to be done differently. also, this will affect your time off in between cycles too. peace I4L

i agree with NTO, there a few instances of guys using nolva to reduce estro related fatty deposits around the waist and chest areas(among others). i dont think it will do much for immediate bloat during your cycle. the ari will though. it will keep the bloat to minimum on its own...

i have bro...........some have reported serious libido problems while on eq. thats why i always recommend at least the same amount of test as eq in the cycle. for the record, i think its rare, but it happens often enough that some are concerned about it. peace I4L
