I've thought about it and I'm still going to run but I'm going to try to bulk up at the same time.
I've been trying to increase my muscle mass for a while and I have a lot. I don't want to be HUGE cuz I'm a little guy. But I do want to bulk up.
I eat when I want and I eat until I don't feel...
I've found out within the past few days that I can actually do one-armed pushups.
I did a few sets of 4 in one day.
It makes you use a lot more of your shoulder and hurts like hell the next day, but no pain no gain.
well, most 16 year olds hit the weights, so I do too. Either that or they sit at home all day and play videogames, which I wont do. Most of them don't have visible six packs though....I'm determined to be part of the few that do.
I don't take weights extremely seriously but I like knowing that...
6 pack looks better I think.
I figured the light-weight was because I'm so short. I could eat more but I guess I feel like I eat enough.
I'll eat a lot more protein stuffed foods and some carbs I guess but I'm still gonna run and go for this 6 pack.
I'm 16 years old. I'm a pretty small guy at 5'5.75" and only 118.9 pounds. I have a weights class that I started in school at the beginning of January. It has helped a lot and increased how much I love lifting weights.
I've gotten up to a 160 lb max on bench, a 60 lb curl, and doin pretty good...
