I am training for 3 years, my weight is 82 kg, I am 1,75 m tall. I think I have a vet% of 12% (1,5 year ago I had 14% but now I am leaner), I am 23 years old. I played soccer before I start lifting. I never used any steroids.
I don't want to chill back on the drinking. I rather drink and have something to control the damage. Because when I go out with friends on a saterday I like to drink. But I dont drink all the time, just in the weekend. Is it that bad??
