That stuff is total garbage. It's not even real gear. It's advertised in the back of popular muscle magazines. It's a rip-off. If you pay attention the names on them aren't spelled the same as real shit. sorry bro. But it's just a bunk supplement company.

I would say since there capsules break them open dump them on a clean surface, then take something like a flat razor blade and divide the pile into 2 equal parts, then take each of those piles and divide them in half. Then I don't think you'll have any feminine problems. Good luck in your show.
