do them at the start of the week and get em out of the way, that way you have the rest of your workouts to look forward to rather than coming towards the end of the week and thinking i've gotta train legs now..

My weak area is chest, I'm happy with my arms+shoulders, back is great, legs are great it is just my chest that lacks.
Do you recommend training chest more than once a week? Or increasing chest volume on chest day?
Currently my routine is along the lines of:
3-4 sets of Flat DB Bench...
