    Hey Josh, at 205lbs, you want WAY more protein than 150-175. More like 250-275. I agree with Matt, get a solid base diet of quality foods that meet your macro demands. From there you can add in a treat here and there (or a once a week cheat meal) and still meet your physique goals.
