Best cycle to shred?

Hey bros, I'm planning on running a cycle within the next week but need advice. Hitting the beach for vaca in 6 wks. Wanna get the abs showing and best definition possible. Goal is 15-13% before last wk of June. This is my second AAS cycle. Wondering if Tren/Test E or Sustanon 250/ Tren would be optimal or what you guys think? Also, at what doses and pinning frequency? Want a good jump start to the cycle too with minimal water retention too.

Stats- 29 yr old
17% bf
5'8"
176 lb
Lifting intensely for 4 yrs

...seems u are looking for something "overnight" bro... that is NOT what quaility gains are about. U will get good advice on here, but nobody is gonna give u the "green light" for a 6-wk cutting cycle with your stats, it's not gonna happen.

I would suggest u tighten up your diet, and do loads of cardio for the next 6 wks, get down to about 160 and u'll be lean if that's what ur going for... if u think ur gonna get lean and keep your bodyweight... well... it's not gonna happen until u put on some decent size ;)

Clean up the diet and training until your 175 and 10% naturally. A clearly attainable goal. Right now your fat free mass is under 150 lbs. Not near a natural limit, let alone on a cycle already.

Keep consistent and focus on being lean, not "big."

For reference, before my first cycle I went from 14% to 6% in 6 months. Yes, 6 months. Proper dieting takes minimum 4 months. Prepare for success in life, don't half ass shit last minute. It's pathetic.

I dont believe that you have been seriously training for 4 years.176lbs @ 17%BF,your lean muscle mass is 146lbs.At 5'8" you can be 190lbs+ @ around 12%BF natural without AAS.

Ask yourself,have you try
5x5?
FST-7?
HIIT?
HIT?
carb cycling?
high protein high fat low carb diet?
high protein low fat low carb det?
etc..
more sets with moderate intensity?
1 set of 6 reps?
....

and AT LEAST GIVE THESE TECHNIQUES 1 MONTH TO RUN!

The list goes

If you did it,yeah,you better off use AAS right now...

i agree with your post except the point where u say u got to 6%... do u know what 6% really feels like?? the human body can really only take that for about a week at 5%or so, then will start to shut down internally... pro's on the olympia stage are at 5-7% and that is just for a few days each year... I don't doubt u are in great shape, and very lean, but probably more like 9-10%... anything under 10% while carrying a decent amount of muscle gets very uncomfortable after just a few weeks ;)

Sadly China, I felt like poo and did indeed get that low. Glute striations were coming in and I had like 50 veins in each thigh haha.

Attached two pics. Keep in mind I was flat (and natural lol). So I'm not big.

Plenty of people walk around once IN CONTEST shape at "who cares what BF%" As long as you have no lower back fat, striated glutes, paper thin skin ---- the measurement does not matter --- so whatever number "shredded is" --- who cares. If I cannot pinch anything all over my body and it's 9% then so be it --- even though a caliper would read 3.1%....
