Can't say I've ever heard of a diuretic effect for Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG). I know Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) can cause fluid retention in individuals with some medical conditions, so I doubt it has the exact oppostie effect on the average/healthy person.

Look up "Z-Track" for injections. The method will cause the skin to slide over the site and "seal" the depot in. Of course there might be some medication left over on the surface of the skin from lubricating the syringe too, but I assume that's not what you're referring to?
