Hey 3J do you have any good substitutes for eggs for wife in the a.m? She doesnt like them at all. She does protein shakes but doesnt stay full very long....any help would be appreciated!

can she use egg beaters in her shakes as well? That way she isnt risking getting sick etc?

Hey my wife will not eat any eggs at all. She doesnt like them cooked any way. I have tried to convince her to eat them with hot sauce etc. It is painful to watch, she just cant do it. She is wanting to lose some weight and she eats pretty healthy but bfst is a prob. She doesnt stay full on...
