    how to do heavy dumbbell shoulder press?

    When i go heavy on my final set I just ask a someone (who looks capable) to hand me up one of the dumbells and spot me. As long as you get them to the starting position you should be fine, dont be worried about asking people for help

    Test E only First Cycle

    Personally id run the Test e for 12 weeks. Maybe introduce and Aromatase inhibitor (AI) such as Aromasin 12.5mg EOD, personal choice but id also change the nolva for some clomid.
