i actually got great results from using cryotest and i only took it because i got a free bottle, i usually dont take muscletech supplments for the same reasons. In four weeks i gained about 10 pounds of solid muscle and made great increases in strength
Ive built what I consider a very good base as far as physique goes and now I am looking to define my muscles alittle bit more and "fine tune" and harden up. I do a lot of cardio so if anyone has any good routine it would be greatly appreciated.
