    Hate to speak out of turn on my first post but..I see the tuna being one of the issues with the diet..Way to much in my opinion..Can u switch it out for chicken or fish ( not tuna lol) Drop a meal and add a shake since you have a time crunch...some cottage cheese, natural peanut butter, almonds...
