I was 2 days late taking my first injection of the week. I took 250mg this morning, should I take the other 250mg now or will 2 days gap not really matter? I'm running test 500mg ew.

Is ldex immediate acting, or does it take awhile to kick in? I mean, if I needed to get my BP down quickly so up the dose to say 1mg ed, will this help?

Great post redneck. My BP reading this morning (I have a home test kit) was 130/77 which is a lot better. I wonder if I'm just getting stressed over this whole chest pain thing and it's turning into a vicious circle (or cycle :) ) i.e. the more I stress out about it the higher my Bp gets. Oh...

Probably better off posting this in the diet forum. However, Glucorell R and Thermorexin helped me shed some weight, but not a lot. It's all down to what you eat and how you exercise. But those two would give you a bit of a kick start.
