    Anyone tried something called absonutrix NO2 extreme? Got rec'ed this from a friend. It's supposed to help with during the workout, and building muscle mass. Tried it for a few days and it seems to be helping. I have more energy during my lifts and have seem better muscle gains.

    Just how bad is diet soda?

    Any soda should be taken in moderation because of the acids they have. At least the diet ones don't have empty calories like the regular soda.

    Yeah, the warmer weather has gotten me more out of the gym, especially to do cardio, either biking or jogging. And I agree getting the whole family involved is always fun.

    Omega 3's essential for weight loss

    Yeah, cool link. I'd heard before that Omega 3's were helpful for like health and your heart, but seeing it also helps digestion and healthy weight is helpful. Will have to get some.

    If you change up what you make it'd probably help, like have a few recipes at least that you eat. I've made a canadian bacon (lean protein) and cheese omelet in the past with 2 to 4 eggs.
