  • I need some help, i have not cycled in over a year and im ready to get back to it im at 230 with 30 percent body fat. my cycle plan is 750 cyp 600 eq tbol for the first 5 weeks then winny for my last 5 weeks im going to do a 15 week cycle im also doing clenny. My diet will be strict with alot of cardio. My concern is will this blow me yp more? Im not worried about my weight i just want to really tighten uo.
