running the day after actually helps muscle's repair by the influx of oxygen and the raise in heart rate/blood flow, so your running is gtg, just don't do to much so that you are dipping below your caloric need's...or just eat a little more!

I have done two cycle's previously... 31 yr male, ex-powerlifter/strongman competitor.
1st cycle was Genza Test Cyp @ 500/wk for 12 weeks followed by nolva and clomid for pct.
2nd was Genza Test Cyp @ 600/wk plus Genza Deca @ 400/wk with Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) followed by nolva...
i have used the naps stuff twice (shipped fine both times, but no labels) in the past and saw decent results, then i got my hands on some Pfizer Test Cyp (very expensive) and it was so much better it was no contest.
