This should be a mandatory read before posting "first cycle threads"...wish i'd read this one first!

Funnily enough just finished reading that, sorry had a look around at other first time cycle threads, but shoulda read that first ! lol Can u confirm if the test u refer too is pure test suspension, cos it sais that it don't stay in the body longer than a day so was wondering why wait so long...

One last thing: can I check, are we talking about pure test suspension?

Nice one :) You know what, that seems to be the general oppinion, and at the end of the day u guys do know best as have experience. So (begrugingly lol), I will just run test alone for my first cyclle. To be honest i know this makes sense. Thanks alot everyone :)

U say that as long as i'm runnin test properly no problems with deca tho ; ) think i may be worryin too much...

yeah it's a fair question, well I believe the provi acts as more of a safety blanket against sum of the sides to running just Sustanon (sust) (is that what u were referning to when mention test? or was u recomending scrapping the Sustanon (sust) for a singular test esther?) I get what ur saying...
