First cycle proviron, sus, deca.

Right so I know there is ton's of advice on first cycles and I have over the last year read alot of them. However if any of you wouldn't mind dispensing further advice It would be greatly appreciated
Right, so i'm new to this in the sense that this will be my first cycle. However I am 27 years old and been training since 16, but REALLY training for say the last 3 years. I have concetrated in the disciplines of powerlifting, but now have more interest in getting the perfect physique.
I am currently 5ft 11" and weigh in at 225 lb, Now I aint lean and teater arround the 13% body fat marker. During bulking I usually consume 5500 cals, 300g protein and 900 grams carbs.
Right for my first cycle i waana run sust, I understand alot of u will say do JUST test for my first cycle. Fair, u guys know best. But....
I also want to run proviron at 75 mg a day throughout to prevent any of the nasties, I would then presumably run this right the way through post cycle therapy (pct)? Which would consist of Nolva. Or am I being over the top here? I hear that the provy does have some good hardening effects too?
Right, secondly (and alot of you may argue against) would it be the end of the world if I stacked 500 ml of deca aswel?
Say for the first 10 weeks:
Sust 800 a week (200 mon,wed,,fri,sat)
deca 500 a week (in 2 hits?)
provi 75 mg a day
Then week 10 to week 13
sust 800 a week
provi 75 a day
week 13 to 16
provi 75 a day
week 16 to 19
provi
Nolva
One of my biggest concerns with deca is of course loss of libido, but wouldn't the proviron help here also?
And lastly, would my current bulking diet be surfice and... how long after completing my cycle (inc pct) would I have to wait before starting a cutting cycle?
Sorry I know there's alot of questions, but honestly I haven't been ignorant and just asked them before reading all that I can first. Any help would be much appreciated
