I personally subscribe to the 1 bodypart per week regime, warm up sets , 1 main set to failure etc.
I do this regardless of drug intake and maintain a steady strength increase/ plateu when off.

do 35 sets per body part and you"ll get bigger.
when the stops working do 40.
when that stops do 45

carbs for me are the problem, the ket style diet is really effective for me.
and as the previous post do 2 weeks clen free, imo on keto clen is not needed and for me it causes that fried out feeling that eventually is to much. get into keto and enjoy!!!
in my opinion yes,
whilst im not an advocate of the mentzer routine i do feel that the principles are fairly good. shoulders and arms/ legs/ chest and back mon wed fri is enough. you should always feel fresh, if you dont take a week out and go again.
I pesronally prefer a 4 way split covering...
