i rly dont ur body needs anymore then 2 days to rest unless ur a beginner or sumthin. if you dont have a choice i think a jungle gym is ur best bet but dont just sit on ur ass thats for sure

strange question but i would say NO. most likely arnold simply had a more puffy chest before meany water weight and as he progressed it became more solid and muscular.
The best way imo to increase your bench is to make sure ur entire chest is equally propotioned meaning.... do dumbells for a week or 2 and do incline/decline and flat. if your doing jus flat bench dont expect to be lifting heavier. u need a upper and lower chest to be solid.
