    Oats...New ? about them

    I'm very similar, i eat mine just like cold cereal. 1 cup in a bowl with skim milk. Then i sprinkle a few raisins on top to give it a little flavor. Sometimes if i'm really counting carbs i won't even add milk i'll just put water in the bowl. and less raisins. I still need a little flavor. LOL!

    Sardines

    The sardines that i eat are 16grams protein, 8grams fat and like 3 grams carbs. I buy the ones that are in ketchup. Which is where the 3-4grams of carbs comes from.     I know that its great for cardio. And i assume that its good for fat loss. But will it also affect muscle mass? Or is this something that i can do and not worry too much about losing muscle?

    LOL, sorry your right they do jump rope and so do i! I stand corrected. I'm not too sure what my heart rate is when i'm jumping rope. I don't have a heartrate monitor, though i suppose i could stop part way through and count it out.

    Thanks Zeek! Much appreciated. Without any testing i believe my igf-1lr3 to be real because a couple of hour after dosing i would become extremely tired and need to take a nap. I don't know if that means anything. I do recall reading that it can make some people get quite tired though.
