    How to increase lifting stamina

    ^ This. Chest is problem area for me as well, with bench being the worst out of all the exercises. As Numba has said, after warm up and afew work sets I'm wrecked and form starts to get real sloppy. Weird though, as I don't have this problem anywhere else, even shoulders can get hammered worse...

    Went for some steady-state cardio today, quick 40 minutes swimming. It is definitely my favourite form of cardio! And so much fun too! Tomorrow is a back day, and after rest with 3J's diet kicking in over last week I'm really going to hammer it hard tomorrow!

    Recently a few friends of mine have started this program called Shapeshifter, which focuses on bodyweight exercises and (From what i gather) making your body more proportional while cutting fat. Just figured I'd post it up here and get your two cents on it! Any good? Or complete rubbish...
