is it normal ,when pinning and then pulling out the syringe to get minimal amounts blood. im talking like a small drop, not enough that it drips down the glute.
how the hell can i get over it? i usually bench press, should i try doing flat bench with dumbells instead for a few weeks?
everything besides my bench seems to go up in weight.
hey i was reading through your routine, i think id like to try it.....you said you add weight on to it from the previous. do you add small amounts to the previous weight. for instance if your first set of bench x10 was 175, they following week would u do it with 180 or add 10 to 185.
ive been working out on a shcedule of chest and arms mon, back and shoulders tues, legs wed, then i go back to chest arms and finish up friday with back and shoulders..........is 2 days enough before working out the same muscle again, i havent had an issue with it but ive had people tell me to...
ive had a bottle of test for about, maybe 3 months? ive been holding on to it until i gain more mass and strength naturally? if i take it say a couple months from now should it still be g2g? thanks.
