Cardio is best exercise and i think morning time is good for doing cardio. I do running,swimming and cycling and after doing these exercises i drink protein shake for getting energy.
I think morning and evening both times are perfect for doing exercise. It depends on us that on which time we want to do workout. I personally like to do exercise everyday and like to do workout in the morning.
