So im doing a power lifting meet this weekend,and for the first time im taking 9 days off b4.
ive completely stayed away from lifting ,cept for a couple days i sneeked in some abs and calves.
Normally would take about 4 to 5 days off b4 a meet.
Just curious what have some you all have done?

dude you have no idea what you're doing. stick around and learn. you aint gonna get jacked just from juice, its mostly about training and diet
I highly doubt there will be any "getting used to it" lol. i'll just be sure to have my Red Bull at the ready to wash that shit down. I used to say id eat dog shit if it got me jacked, now i'm eating those words , literally lol
its most likely just a heat rash . so unless its really uncomfortable dont worry bout it , it will stop progressing in a few days as your body gets acustomed to it.
