    I was more worried about kindey failure :) Alcohol being a direhtic (sp?) and you need to be well hydrated while on creatine or it's really hard on your kidneys I don't NEED to drink I just want a few to loosen me up, it's not like I drink alot. THis is the first time in like 7 months or more

    Last I checked spot fat removal was a myth. You lose fat consistantly throughout your body, or at least how your genes determine.
