    Killer Calves<---I think that's spelled right!?

    You do 400 total OTL'S AND 400 FS'S. So you do 4 sets of 100 count for each. For OTL one time back and forth is one count so really you jumping 200 times for one set. For FS you jumping 400 times in one set. Add some waight and you'll be hurting.....
