Judging on my physique in my picture what do you think of it as of now and what do you all think it will end up like given if I diet and exercise correctly?

Good I'm glad to hear Test and EQ work good together because I originally was going to run Test and Sus but I was a bit iffy about that. And I can relate the shoulder thing you have as well it sucks even after surgery, working out without seeing results sucks especially when you don't but still...
I understand I'm young and the goals I want to achieve can be done naturally but I had two Labral slap tears, dislocated shoulder, and tore part of my bicep were it connected with my shoulder and it has been a task to get the gains and strength back to where I was a year ago.

What would be you're preference then considering I only am cycling test300 alone? Should I cut? or should I bulk while doing a exceptional amount of cardio?
