    Hell yeah it hurt. never gonna take Winstrol (winny) since it weakens your joints. this wouldn't of happened. im hurting right now. Luckily It was popped back in within a matter of 30 seconds. The longer you wait the longer the recovery time and chances of it dislocating again.

    well now that i dislocated my shoulder. I need to let it heal. Im gonna start up the gym again in a few days when there is no pain. But completely focus on my lowerbody not touch my upper body for a month or two I guess do alot of legs, abs etc
