Dislocated my shoulder dumbell chest press

I was at the gym a few days ago doing the Bench Press other day with 100lb dumbells each side I've never dislocated a shoulder all of a sudden on my 4th rep POP my right shoulder dislocates and the weight drops. I had a trainer pop it back in. Going to get an xray on monday has this happened to anyone before? Fucking sucks. Im on Winstrol (winny) and test. I think the Winstrol (winny) might of caused it.

Weird, take some time off anything heavy and switch to lighter volume training to let it heal, avoid a major injury. Characteristics of Winstrol support your theory depending on diet and how much you are taking (Injection based or oral).Just my advice.

When I broke my collar bone from DH Mountain Biking I found afterwards my arm under my bodyweight sits higher and that injury set me back a while to doing wide grip pull ups. Injuries suck though!

Nothing wrong with that dose (not high), I would personally try to limit the orals because of the liver toxicity, switch to injectable if you can.

And listen to your body some days you can feel something is not right, adjust the routine and diet to your goals do not eat light and lift heavy even if you feel like you can, dial weight back a bit when cutting and focus on strict form.

well now that i dislocated my shoulder. I need to let it heal. Im gonna start up the gym again in a few days when there is no pain. But completely focus on my lowerbody not touch my upper body for a month or two I guess do alot of legs, abs etc

Perfect time I would say.

Did it hurt or not really?

Hell yeah it hurt. never gonna take Winstrol (winny) since it weakens your joints. this wouldn't of happened. im hurting right now.
Luckily It was popped back in within a matter of 30 seconds. The longer you wait the longer the recovery time and chances of it dislocating again.

the thing with DB benching is that it's a lot harder on your front delts than a barbell bench press because it's much easier to tuck your shoulders in with an arch. Hopefully you'll make a swift recovery and try to take it easy with the lifting :P

i disagree completely about u saying BB presses are easier on the shoulders than DB presses... most of the guys I know walking around with shoulder injuries are the guys the focused much of there time on BB bench press starting out
