Yea I hear what your saying, I knew a couple guys that did a cycle in grade 11 and then lost a good portion of what they gained but still had gains when it was all said and done, but yes I get what your saying it is much appreciated, thank you
Were you on it continuousy when you started? I was thinking a 12 week cycle in two months or so once I can get back to where I was and then attempt to maintain most of the gains from that cycle, assuming you get considerable gains from a three month cycle, and from there I stay off of them...
