I have been sifting through "legit" sources for quite some time now. I havent found anyone i can trust and im the biggest guy at my gym(no one to ask), which is a very small facility in the Virgin Islands. Im looking for recomendations for all legal supps. any help would be great.

Does anyone know the format that most online suppliers go through. Not asking for a source, just wondering how they do it.

I guess its not really a diet. It's just how I eat. I understand that I'm not eating certain groups of foods, but can you or anyone explain the necessity of those groups of foods?
