island six month plan

Hey guys I'm moving to the usvi in six months and want to put some muscle on before I go.
I'm 28
5 11
190
About 20% bf
My diet consists of low carbs, I eat two bbq chicken thighs every two hours seven times a day. I'm starting on creatine and protein tomorrow for at least a month.
My workout is as follows
Day 1 biceps and back
Day 2 legs
Day 3 triceps and chest
Day 4 off
Repeat... although every day I do a half hour of cardio, even on days off.

Looking for help on diet changing during my creatine cycle, if I should go longer than a month (I'm concerned about putting on too much fat) . And should I make changes to my workouts?

Sounds like you need to hit the diet section and study up, you will find plenty of good information and even some sample diets.
 
Your workout also doesn't say anything about your shoulders, hit the workout section too, I personally only use creating in my recovery drink.
