Thanks, I have been getting 220mg once weekly. The clinic I go to refused to do injections twice weekly. I was trying to avoid adding Arimidex because my E2 level was not that high, it was only at 50.

It has to be the arimidex, I felt it an hour after taking it, I had to leave the gym I felt so sick. Same with all day today.

So I took my first dose of Arimidex last night of 0.25 mg. Ever since, I have felt nauseous, have a headache and feel lethargic. Is this normal?

So, what is the general consensus here? Should I do 0.25 mg every other day or 0.25 mg every three days?

So I found out that my estradiol is at 50. My doctor is increasing my testosterone dosage from 200mg weekly to 220mg weekly and prescribed me arimidex to be taken 1mg twice weekly. Does this sound good? And is that a very high estrogen level?

My doctor actually told me last week that my estradiol levels are high and that they are going to start me on the AI. I am just kind of confused on how that works, when I start that, I understand that my estradiol levels will go down, but does this also affect my testosterone level?

That I am not sure of. Why, does that have anything to do with what dose of testosterone I should be on?
