Should I have my dosage increased?

If I recall right, a regular estradiol panel gives a leeway of 10 pg/ml.

I would try every 3.5 days to start. It's better to start slow than to crash your E2.

Not normal. That's a pretty mild dose. Those are also side effects that are listed for just about every medication because they frequently occur whether caused by the medication or not. I wouldn't take any action at this point, see if you get better.

Arimidex doesn't work that fast. Sounds like your symptoms are psychosomatic.

It has to be the arimidex, I felt it an hour after taking it, I had to leave the gym I felt so sick. Same with all day today.
