    Oh---I guess that I should add that my aim here is to bulk up---adding some mass. Please feel free to offer suggestions/alternatives to modify my routine if its lacking or over-done in any way. Thanks in advance.

    Little Help Here Please.... Ok so I need some insight/advice on a routine here... Monday: Back/Bis Tuesday: Rest Wednesday: Chest/Tris Thursday: Rest Friday: Legs/Shoulders Sat: Rest Sun: Back/Bis (and so on goes the rotation) Does this look like over or under training or am I on track here...

    Ive done a lot of research and still havent found the information I am looking for in reference to M1T.... Was hoping to get some help here. Let me start by saying that I have read extensively about all the sides, the positives and negatives, as well as the proper post cycle therapy (pct) etc...
