  • clen can be anabolic so you should not lose muscle with that. If you run the T3 at 12.5mcg a day it should not shut your thyroid down and probably will not cause muscle loss if you keep protein intake high.

    i have researched clen alot but t3 not so much but i have done enough , i just need something so i do not lose lean muscle ? whats a supplement
    I don't know anything about australia. I really wouldn't even take the t3 yet.. you need a lot more research man, sounds like you need to do your homework before you take these substances. And you are not ready for AAS so don't take those please.

    ok , yes but didnt you say that you lose muscle if you do not use AAS ? ive heard you lose lean muscle ? , also i live in australia so isnt the benadryl different here ?
    no off time for t3, AAS is anabolic steroids...you don't need to be using those, benadryl you can get at the pharmacy, keto at research chemical company like RUI

    Ok well I don't advize it but if you do...I would just run the T3 at 25mcg for 6-8 wks. You will risk losing muscle with this. Clen is usually used two weeks on, two weeks off. Start at 20mcg a day and increase the dose gradually, I wouldn't go higher than 60-80mcg. Then gradually decrease the dose back down to 20mcg and take two weeks off. Use keto or benadryl in the off time to clear receptors.

    Sorry Krisseko but I can't advice you to take these drugs. You don't seem as though you should be using them or need them. How old are you?

    Krisseko, in all honesty, if you are really 10 percent you don't need clen and t3. They are not to be taken lightly and not needed. Taking a look at your diet would be your first step. T3 will make you lose muscle without AAS.

    um well im around 10-11% bf and weigh 84 kgs and i want to drop bf to around 5-6% , i want to keep as much lean muscle as possible, i dont intend on bulking just cutting n leaning up
